Lors de la premi\u00e8re consultation, nous r\u00e9alisons un entretien approfondi pour comprendre votre situation, votre histoire et vos besoins. Cette s\u00e9ance permet de poser les bases d\u2019une relation de confiance, d\u2019identifier les objectifs de l\u2019accompagnement, et d\u2019expliquer notre cadre de travail.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Les s\u00e9ances suivantes sont construites en fonction des objectifs d\u00e9finis ensemble. Elles peuvent inclure :
– Des temps d\u2019\u00e9change verbal et d\u2019\u00e9coute active.
– Des exercices pratiques (techniques de respiration, visualisations, outils cr\u00e9atifs, etc.).
– Des travaux sur les \u00e9motions, les comportements ou les sch\u00e9mas de pens\u00e9e.
Chaque s\u00e9ance dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 45 minutes et 1 heure. La fr\u00e9quence est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 votre rythme et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie ensemble (hebdomadaire, bihebdomadaire, etc.).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Tout au long de l\u2019accompagnement, nous faisons des points r\u00e9guliers pour \u00e9valuer les progr\u00e8s, ajuster les objectifs et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos ressentis. La dur\u00e9e totale du suivi est variable et d\u00e9pend de chaque personne.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Pour garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement des s\u00e9ances et respecter le cadre professionnel, un r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur est mis en place :
– Confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong> : Tout ce qui est dit en s\u00e9ance est strictement confidentiel.
– Respect des horaires<\/strong> : Il est important d\u2019arriver \u00e0 l\u2019heure. Toute annulation doit \u00eatre signal\u00e9e au moins 48h \u00e0 l\u2019avance.
– Engagement personnel<\/strong> : La th\u00e9rapie n\u00e9cessite une implication active et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.
– Paiement des s\u00e9ances<\/strong> : Les s\u00e9ances sont dues m\u00eame en cas d\u2019absence non signal\u00e9e dans les d\u00e9lais. Les modalit\u00e9s de paiement sont d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l\u2019avance.
– Respect mutuel<\/strong> : Chacun s\u2019engage \u00e0 adopter une attitude respectueuse envers le th\u00e9rapeute et envers soi-m\u00eame.
– Cadre \u00e9thique<\/strong> : Aucun jugement n\u2019est port\u00e9 sur les exp\u00e9riences ou \u00e9motions partag\u00e9es. La bienveillance et l\u2019\u00e9coute sont au c\u0153ur de la relation th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
